My passion for apparel design began in the dance community. My lifelong involvement with dance and garment creation led to C. Waken Designs, one of my proudest achievements. My creations are fully custom, from pattern drafting and material sourcing to handcrafting each costume. Each season, I work closely with clients to bring their visions to life, creating unforgettable stage stories.

I have a creative heart and simply enjoy building product. I love working with my hands and using materials to create functional, beautiful products that make others feel excited. I am a weekend traveler and love spending time with the family that I've built on the East Coast. My foundation is rooted in kindness and hard work, with a little bit of silliness.
